Discovering your purpose is the first step to living a happy and meaningful life, the second is discipline. Discipline is the tool that manifests our dreams into reality.

What is discipline? Discipline means sticking to a practice for the sake of creating something worthwhile. For example, a person may adopt a practice of refraining from displaying anger to their family for the sake of promoting a sense of love and peace in their home.

After we have clarity on what we want our lives to look like, we can create practices which actualize that reality.
